To enhance election integrity, the Clark County Auditor's Office will install a pole-mounted security camera to monitor the ballot box in the Hockinson Community parking lot. This installation date has not been finalized, but will take place before the November 3, 2026 general election.

The camera is self-contained; it will run on a solar-powered battery and a cellular communication device. It is intended to deter vandalism and election interference.

The ballot box is open 18 days before an election - up until 8 pm on Election Day.
