Congratulations to Robotics Team Mean Machine! Not only did the robotics team place first at a district-level competition on March 10-11, but they also brought home the Team Sustainability Award! Team Mean Machine is a combined robotics team representing Camas School District, Hockinson School District, and Washougal School District.
Out of 28 teams and ranking 3rd after the qualifying matches, Team Mean Machine advanced to the semifinals last weekend as captain of the #2 Alliance team. Team 1425 - Error Code of Wilsonville, and Team 6465 - Mystic Biscuit of Bend were selected to join them in taking the district event win in the electrifying finals!
The team is now focusing on preparing for their next PNW District Event at the Oregon State Fairgrounds in Salem, OR on March 24-25.
