The Hockinson High School Theatre Company is presenting audience favorite “Fiddler on the Roof” Nov. 29-30, and Dec. 6-8.
“Fiddler” is truly a schoolwide effort involving more than 50 students in the HHS Theatre Company and 12 students in the pit orchestra. Numerous staff members are involved, in addition to drama teacher Greg Saum and band—and pit orchestra—director Corey McEnry. Lead custodian Kade Hoots plays the role of onstage fiddler, and shop teacher Eirik Huset worked with students to build sets.
Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. on Nov. 29 and 30, and on Dec. 6, 7 and 8. A 1 p.m. matinee will be presented Dec. 8.
Tickets—$12 for adults, and $8 for students and seniors—are available for purchase at the door. Refreshments will be available.
