HHES Families:
We have just two weeks left in our school year, but we have lots of exciting events coming up that we want to share with you!
We are excited to share with you the dates and times to return items that you may have. On Wednesday, June 17 and Thursday, June 18 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m., our staff will be at school to collect iPads that were borrowed from HSD, library books, and any classroom books or materials you may have at home (your child’s Wonders workbooks and Eureka packets are for you to keep). If you are planning to return a district issued iPad, please stop by during the time listed below according to the first letter of your last name. You can choose whichever day works better for your family.
During this time, you can also pick up a new science kit for your child to work on over the summer. The science kit for students in K-2 is Becoming a Microgreen Farmer and the kit for students in grades 3-5 is Grow Your Own Snack. We hope to see you at HHES on June 17 or 18. Please let us know if you have any questions.

On Friday, June 19, we will have a special event to honor the hard work of our fifth grade students before they move on to middle school. Fifth graders are encouraged to come to HHES during their class’ assigned time. Students will be able to pick up a certificate of promotion and take a graduation picture with their teacher. We will email your child’s photograph to you. Family members will be asked to remain in their vehicles to maintain social distancing.
